Very Good
Near the station and also ichiran, the staff was nice and we're able to leave our luggages for days. The lobby was warm and cozy. Perfect for enjoying the free coffee.
The room was really small for a twin room. The lighting was sparse on the room, could add more light fixtures.

WiFi connection was very slow. The room was smaller than the other hotel rooms we stayed in during our Japan trip. No space for 2 medium sized luggage.

Convenient Location to Nagoya Station and the city
Accessible location to Nagoya Station with just 5 steps to the underground street, restaurants and shops. Free-flow coffee is offered in the lobby at all times. The staff members were nice and helpful. The check-in/out process is extremely efficient. The self-service washing and drying machine is great for travelers.
The standard check-out time at 10am was a bit too early. Even the room with the largest size was only able to accommodate 2 adults, yet still be cozy.
